Wisdom Healing Qigong is a brilliant qigong system based on the profound wisdom of expanding from form to formless and then reconfiguring back into form. Together we will experientially learn the healing power of this transformational movement from formless to form.
Qigong and meditation magnify one another opening pathways to physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Using these practices we expand beyond our limited story and discover vast possibilities of health, joy and love.
At this retreat we'll also learn beautiful and transformational qigong movements that connect us with and circulate universal energy. Healing and Awakening occur naturally as we train our body/mind to join with this energy.
As we learn to embody healing chi (energy) our life and consciousness light up and meditation deepens. We discover we're part of the limitless source that supports health, joy and our capacity to grow through all conditions.
Special Healing Blessing: Bodywork will be available by appointment with master bodyworker Neerja Parsons,(formerly Heather Parsons.) Neerja will also offer her extraordinary live music during our retreat!
This retreat is appropriate for those new to, or experienced in, Wisdom Healing Qigong. People with any level of physical ability or health are welcome and can benefit from this retreat.
